John P. Sabatina, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in administrative law, election law, civil litigation, family law, real estate, and estate planning. John began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, where he gained valuable courtroom experience handling a wide range of cases. In 2006, he was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, serving the 174th District until 2015. He then transitioned to the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing the 5th District from 2015 to 2021. During his tenure in the Senate, he played a key role in legislative initiatives related to transportation, judicial reform, economic development, and public safety.
In 2022, John was appointed as a Judge for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, where he continues to serve with distinction. His judicial experience provides him with a unique perspective on legal proceedings, allowing him to offer strategic and effective counsel to clients.

Stefanio G. Troia, Esq. is a highly skilled attorney licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Saint Joseph’s University, with minors in Politics and Spanish, reflecting his well-rounded academic background and global perspective.

John K. Abokhair, Esq. is a highly experienced intellectual property attorney with over 40 years of legal practice. He specializes in patent law, trademark enforcement, copyright protection, and trade secret management. His expertise extends to IP litigation, licensing, portfolio management, and corporate IP strategy.
Mr. Abokhair earned his Juris Doctor (JD) with honors from The George Washington University Law School in 1984 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Howard Payne University (1978). He has been a licensed attorney in Texas since 1984 and is an active member of the State Bar of Texas.
Throughout his career, Mr. Abokhair has held senior legal positions, including serving as General Counsel for Intellectual Property at SABIC, a global leader in chemicals. In this role, he oversaw international IP strategy, patent prosecution, litigation, and technology commercialization. His extensive experience also includes advising multinational corporations on complex IP matters, cross-border licensing agreements, and enforcement actions against IP infringement.
