As authorized agent of the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH), we assist companies in the recordal of trademarks into the TMCH, a global repository for trademark data established by ICANN in view of the introduction of the new generic Top Level Domains, enabling to submit registered trademarks, geographical indications and designations of origins.

Submitting the above-mentioned distinctive signs into the TMCH database enables the respective owners to:

– Register domain names identical to the signs submitted into the TMCH during the Sunrise phase reserved to trademark holders, which precedes the general availability phase and lasts at least 30 days;

– Receive notices in case domain names identical to the signs submitted into the TMCH are registered by third parties;

– Benefit indirectly from the sending of TMCH notifications to third parties applying to register domain names identical to the trademarks submitted into the TMCH. Said notices are sent by the TMCH in the first 90 days from the launch of the new gTLDs, and notify the addressee of the correspondence of the requested domain names with a trademark.
