John P. Sabatina, Sr., Esquire is a lifelong resident of Philadelphia’s Rhawnhurst community, where he serves as Ward Leader of the 56th Ward and a member of various community centered organizations. John graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia in 1971 and subsequently from Widener University School of Law in 1991..

             In November of 1991, Mr. Sabatina established the Law Offices of John Sabatina, which has since evolved into the Law Offices of Sabatina & Associates.  During twenty plus years of practice, Mr. Sabatina has dealt in various aspects of the law including collection proceedings, zoning matters from application to appeal, Liquor Control Board transfers as well as representation for Code Violations and Appeals before the Court of Common Pleas, Real Estate (condemnation proceedings, contracts, construction laws, and building contracts), Family Law, Personal Injury, Criminal, and Wills and Estates in Philadelphia County, Montgomery County, and Bucks County. Collectively Mr. Sabatina’s prior work experience has laid the foundation for a practice able to deal with the needs of the community.

            Mr. Sabatina’s experience combined with an insatiable desire to serve his community and clients has led to Sabatina & Associates’ success. Mr. Sabatina believes that the success of a law firm is measured through client satisfaction and communication.

            John is a proud family man who served in the U.S. Army Active from 1966 until 1968 as a Sergeant E5. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
